Jerry Sampson
Jerry Sampson is a Screenwriter, Horror Writer, and the Editor for Buckman Publishing. She lives in Portland, OR and is currently a head of development working on several independent film projects.
Jerry oversees submissions and evaluations and ensures accurate and high level evaluations for scripts entered.

Stephanie Hough
She is an experimental filmmaker, commercial producer and director of photography whose work explores repetition, gender, relationships and emotional landscapes. She teaches Super 8 and 16mm filmmaking & hand-processing techniques to teens and adults, and currently serves as Vice President of the Board for Women in Film’s Portland chapter.
Her latest short film, CENTURY, a documentary about her family’s Oregon farm, premiered at the 2020 Portland international Film Festival. She has worked as Producer and Camera Operator for Alpha Media managing an intimate live performance venue and creating content for clients like Skype, Microsoft, Bing, Intel, Keep Oregon Well, Bloodworks Northwest and Coors Light with artists like Lizzo, Post Malone, Maren Morris, Charlie Puth, Alice Cooper, Lana Del Rey, Portugal. The Man and Michael Franti.

Will Wallace
He has produced, written, & directed numerous award- winning films. He is a producer at Sunflower Films with Terrence Malick & Ed Pressman in L.A.
His own film and TV projects include executive producing “Flatland” (Martin Sheen, Kristen Bell), producing “Rock Slyde”, (Patrick Warburton, Andy Dick, & Jason Alexander), “Clear Lake, WI”, (AMC theater limited release) and “The Appearing”, (Lionsgate release) amongst others.
Will directed and produced the feature entitled, “Red Wing” (Bill Paxton, Frances Fisher and Luke Perry), and produced/directed “Trafficked” (Ashley Judd/Anne Archer) – both theatrically released. .
As an actor, Will has worked on over 40 films including: “Tree of Life”, “I Am Sam”, “The New World”, “The Thin Red Line”, and “Broke Sky” (Sundance Channel and best actor nomination, San Fran Indyfest). Will has also played roles on TV shows such as “Leverage”, “Beverly Hills 90210” (both series),”Pensacola” and “Baywatch”.

Spero Stamboulis
He has been in the entertainment industry for 25 years. His extensive resume includes Warning Shot (Bruce Dern/James Earl Jones/David Spade/2018) & Hunter’s Moon (Steven Morona/Holly Deveaux/2019). In the past ten years, he has expanded his knowledge & skill by combining a corporate financial background and extensive knowledge & experience in many facets of the entertainment realm.
As well as producing, he is now an acquisition affiliate for a NY based distribution company, Stonecutter Media LTD. Most of his producing experience is in feature films, but last year he produced a TV pilot and a reality show. He wants to give back and share his knowledge. ” There is plenty of pie to go around for everyone! It is a dream to create entertainment and enjoyment for others by doing projects that are interesting, stimulating, and fun. The goal is to work with talented, driven good people who want to do successful projects and help people achieve their goals dreams.”

Kevin. J. Tighe
Founder and Executive Producer at Quake Content, has credits on his resume including “The Revenant”, directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu, and “Bad Times at The El Royale” directed by Drew Goddard. Since forming Quake Content in 2014, Tighe has produced a number of pilots, short films, music videos, commercials, and web series, while also having several features in various levels of development and production.
Currently, in the changing landscape of film production, he is working with other veterans of the business to find solutions to these new obstacles by exploring new filming techniques, technologies, and environments.

Owen Kelley
Owen is a script developer, writer, composer, and editor based in Portland. Having composed over two dozen scores, he attributes music to his abilities in the field of script development where he specializes in identifying and distilling character emotional cores.
He contributes high-level insights into the evaluations for the Portland Screenplay Awards entrants. He is also in development with multiple filmmaking projects.
